Returns


Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All of the sales are final. We only offer exchanges or returns if the items you receive are defective from the manufacturer.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, within a certain amount of days.


Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@theworldtradecorp.com and send your item to: 1390 brickell ave, suite 200, miami FL 33131, United States.


If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Warranty
This Limited Warranty covers the original purchaser from any defects in material or workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of purchase.
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. These conditions may include, but are not limited to, road hazards, accidents, and improper operation, water damage or maintenance.
Please refer to your manual for additional examples of uses not covered under warranty. If you receive a device that is defective, please let us know as soon as possible.
We will replace the device with a new one within 5 days once you receive your product. If the product was damaged during the freight, please refuse to sign for the package and return it to us. Then contact us immediately.
This warranty is only offered to the original purchaser of the product, and is not transferable to a subsequent purchaser.
Urban E-skateboard will either repair or replace the product at no charge, using
new replacement parts.
The original purchaser must provide proof of purchase.
Warranty shipping is provided to the original purchaser free of charge in the continental U.S. within 2 weeks of the delivery date. All customers not based in the continental U.S. are required to pay for shipping, duties and other associated fees when shipping both to and from the repair facility if their board requires a warranty repair.
Warranty parts will be provided free of charge with free shipping to all original purchasers in the continental U.S. if the original purchaser can provide evidence of the defect as well as a purchase receipt demonstrating their board is still covered under warranty. Original purchasers outside the continental U.S. will be provided warranty parts free of charge, if covered under warranty, but they will have to pay for shipping.
Customers who cannot provide proof of purchase date and/or are not covered under the product warranty still have the option to purchase the part on our website. If the part is not listed on our website, please
contact us at our email below so we may provide you a link to purchase the item.

Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall UrbanE-skate be liable for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages or liabilities (including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of product, or any other consequential or incidental loss) in connection with the purchase, use,
or operation of the product. UrbanE-skate is not liable for property damage, personal injury, or death.
